Business Development Representative!

General Description: In order to make sure that important appointments are scheduled for the sales team, the appointment setter schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM IST; On-site Work Setup

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing user manuals, release notes, scripts, newsletter articles, posters, and other internal documents.
  • Developing scripts and content for interactive training materials and internal communication materials.
  • Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Testing technical features of software to determine the most effective and user-friendly instructions.
  • Ensuring final drafts comply with established team guidelines and specifications, and applying appropriate editorial treatment to existing documents.
  • Managing time effectively and meeting documentation deadlines accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in any field. Preferred but not required: Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication, Language-related courses, Education, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Writing or technical writing-related experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Highly competent in written and spoken American English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Suite tools, and screen capture tools.
  • Ability to understand technical information and present it in a simple, organized, and concise manner.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.
