Entry Level Technical Writer
General Description: As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation that clearly communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM IST; On-site Work Setup
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients
- Scheduling appointments for clients and sales team
- Make outbound calls for client appointment reminders
- Ensures that important meetings are booked for the sales team
- Familiarize essential details of products and services
Requirements:
- At least college level
- Excellent communication skills
- Prospecting and lead generation.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, either BPO or non-BPO sales.
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Willing to work in our office
