Senior Offshore Accountant (CPA)
General Description: An Offshore Accountant is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes for international clients, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing. This role ensures accuracy in financial records, supports compliance with accounting standards, and collaborates with clients and internal teams to maintain efficient accounting operations.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM IST; On-site Work Setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including accruals and adjustments
- Analyze accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice verification and payment processing
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions aligned with supporting documents
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams regarding financial data and reporting
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience with exposure to the full accounting cycle
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and closing processes
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks (preferred)
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle high-volume workloads
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Must be willing to work and relocate to Ahmedabad
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of maximum 45,000 - 75,000 (depending on experience)
